Service Description
Join us at Watkins "C" Ranch this fall for our equestrian lessons designed for home-schooled students aged 5-8. In our Wednesday sessions from 9 am-10:30 am, your child will gain hands-on experience by catching, grooming, and riding horses, while taking responsibility for untacking and caring for them post-lesson. Students will also engage in daily barn chores like watering, feeding, and providing medical care, fostering a sense of responsibility and teamwork in a nurturing equestrian environment. Class Policies ~Classes require a minimum of 2 students. If minimum enrollment is not met, students may be asked to join another class. ~Students enrolled in the full-semester lesson package must provide at least 24 hours' notice for planned absences to receive a make-up lesson. Exceptions are made for illness or injury. ~If a class is canceled due to rain, a make-up lesson will be scheduled later in the session.

Cancellation Policy
Policies: 1. Proper Attire: a. Helmets: i. Anyone under the age of 18 is required to wear a helmet when riding anywhere on the property. No Exceptions. ii. Riders 18 and older may choose to forgo wearing a helmet, but are required to sign an additional waiver. b. Pants and Boots -- students are required to wear long pants to prevent rubbing and saddle sores. Boots are also required (not snow boots) to protect feet. 2. Attendance: a. Your lesson time has been reserved for you, please inform Tonya or your instructor at least 24 hours prior if you will be missing a lesson. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a full price charge for the lesson time. b. No shows for lessons will be charged full price for the lesson. c. Frequent cancellations or no shows may result in losing your lesson time. c. One makeup lesson opportunity will be provided each month for those purchasing the lesson package and have given proper notice of absence. These makeup sessions will also be used when lessons are cancelled by facility. 3. Payments: a. Payment must be made in advance of the lesson b. Accepted payment methods: i. Venmo ii. Online during booking iii. Cash
